Now in its sixth edition, the International Water and Wastewater Technology Exhibition and Conference (Watrex) is a key international water-related event. With thousands of visitors and hundreds of exhibitors from all over the world.
Pureco Ltd. and Puraset Ltd. participated as co-exhibitors at the Farid Hassanein Group stand. The focus of our presentation was on our BIOCOS® municipal wastewater treatment technology and our modular water treatment plant, the PurAID® container.
In addition, visitors were able to take a virtual visit to Ghana and gain an insight into the municipal wastewater treatment plant in Kumasi through VR glasses. Using a unique technology (Septopure® technology) to treat 100% of the liquid waste, the plant will provide a long-term sustainable solution for more than two million people by ensuring the complete and orderly collection of liquid waste concentrate from the fields and its treatment for reuse as a living water intake or process or irrigation water.

During the exhibition we had several professional and business meetings, we had the opportunity to meet personally with Ambassador András Kovács and Attaché for Foreign Trade, Bernadett Orosházi, who visited the exhibition and our stand.
We are pleased that during the three days of the trade fair there was an intense interest in Hungarian expertise and water solutions both from the North African country and from other visitors to the international event. With this presence, we have also managed to strengthen our external relations and raise awareness that the Hungarian water industry is at the forefront of finding sustainable solutions and offering innovative technologies at affordable prices to its partners.
